I sent in a web form, and they were literally at my door in under one hour. The tech wore a mask, first time anyone has shown up at my house in a mask during the pandemic, used the booties, etc. Also, after having 5 plumbers here in the last four months trying to fix this issue, he’s the only one who addressed ALL the issues and not just the most direct one. So far, his fix has held one day longer than any of the others, so I’m hoping it’s gonna work. If not, I won’t hesitate to call Travco back and ask them to look at the problem again. I did not do this with the other five plumbers.
